We were approached to construct an A rated house on a site in Bunclody Co. Wexford. Working closely wit the architect and engineer we achieved an A3 Ber rating. Using solar gain from their south facing windows and an airtightnes result off .83 ac/h has this couples energy bills as low as €300 per annum.
