Client engaged us to extend and renovate an old bungalow. The house was stripped of floors, doors, windows, wiring and plumbing. New 40sqm extension to the rear of the house, new plumbing and heating, new wiring, new triple glazed windows and finished and decorated to create a new and modern style bungalow. The house achieved a B2 BER rating and has a very low running cost.
